📆 Project 5 : Schedule for 2025

The Plan, dates and sign up for the lives

If you’ve just joined Team ‘Project 5’, or if you’re on the fence and still thinking about it, allow me to share some details:

The 2025 Plan

January – Go gentle, Reflect & Prep: I believe in easing into the year, so I treat January as a slow month. Posts shared will be encouraging you to prep for the projects and to review your current style. Each project cycle will run for 2 months.

• Project 1 – February / March

• Project 2 – April / May

• Project 3 – June / July

• Project 4 – August / September

• Project 5 – October / November

December – Regroup and Review: I like to end the year as I start it: slow and gentle. There will be no projects or tasks this month. We look back and reflect, but wind down for the end of the year.

The 8 week Project cycle

• Week 1
  📄 Brief is released, and sent to you as a post / email. Ask any questions in the comments in the post.

• Week 2
  💬 A dedicated Project chat is open, for sharing of ideas, thumbnails and sketches if you would like to.

• Week 3 till 7
  🎨 Work on the project at your own pace, adapting it to suit your own needs. The Project chat will remain open at all times for questions, sharing and feedback. I’ll make a point to check in regularly. I will be answering the brief myself too, and will share process and workings during this time in whichever way best suits the project. I encourage you to be active in this space and support one another - there are some very talented and experienced creatives to connect with!

• Week 8
  💻 Live Share: Meet on Zoom to discuss the work and get feedback. This Zoom session marks the official end of the project, and is an opportunity to get your work to a stage of completion that satisfies you. It’s a chance to celebrate your work and have us all cheerlead your efforts!

☝️Above is the link to the dedicated Luma calendar, where sign ups to all the live sessions can be found. Register for all the events, and you will be emailed all the information you need for each Live session. Add everything to your digital calendar at the start of the year, and you’re all set! The calendar event categories are:

1. FREE Co-Swatch Sesh: This is open to everyone, and is a lunchtime session for pure play with materials, swatching colours and general hanging out. Always good vibes, and if you’re able to join in the middle of the day Central European Time, it would be great to see you there!

2. PAID Project 5 Live Shares: These are just for paid members, to share and chat about the specific project they are working on.

3. PAID Round Table Sessions: These are additional sessions for paid members. These are not related to the projects. Here we come together to chat around a particular topic that pertains to a creative practice. A chance to share thoughts and get support.
